Cyrille Hanappe is an architect and engineer, doctor of architecture, specialist in architectural resilience in relation to social and environmental issues.
He is a lecturer at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Architecture Paris Belleville and Pedagogical Director of the Diploma of Specialization in Architecture and Major Risks.
He is also a researcher at IPRAUS, UMR -AUSSER, and a Fellow of the Institut Convergences Migrations.
He is a partner in the architecture agency AIR – Architectures Ingénieries Recherches, which brings together around ten employees and works on public and private buildings in metropolitan France and Mayotte.
He is also president of the Actes&Cités association, which works on human dignity in relation to the living environment and risks. The association works in conjunction with precarious populations living in risky situations, such as slums or squats. "
